By accessing or using IAk ("the Platform"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

1. Eligibility
You must not be banned from the official Discord server to access or use IAk. Users found evading bans or attempting unauthorized access will be permanently restricted.

2. Account Registration
We can and may assign a session-based temporary account to manage your data. You are solely responsible for all actions performed under your session or account, whether or not authorized by you.

3. Virtual Goods
IAk’s Straw (a online web game by the IAk platform) allows users to buy, sell, and trade virtual cards. These cards are digital items with no real-world monetary value outside the platform. However, as real currency may be involved in purchases or transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or abuse the platform’s mechanics.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate gameplay or the trading system.
• Harass, impersonate, or threaten other users.
• Upload harmful content or attempt to damage the platform’s infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or tamper with the platform or its systems.

5. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or at our sole discretion.

6. Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
