This Privacy Policy explains how IAk (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you interact with our services — including IAk Straw and any future modules.

Optional identifiers like your Discord ID or Roblox username, if linked.
Card transaction history, inventory, and leaderboard activity.
Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and device metadata (for security and analytics).

Your data is used to:

Provide access to the platform and save your progress.
Track ownership, trades, rolls, and gameplay-related actions.
Display public statistics like your username, card count, and leaderboard rank.
Detect abuse, prevent cheating, and secure the platform.

3. Data Storage
All data is stored using a custom UDB (Unstructured Database) system built on top of Discord channels. Your data is encrypted, split into chunks, and securely transmitted to Discord infrastructure — never stored in a traditional database. We may aswell use other DBs.

4. Third-Party Services
We may use services like:

Discord – for authentication, data storage, and support communication.
Payment providers – such as PayPal, Stripe, or crypto services (if applicable), to handle payments and transactions.

These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.

Request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Data Retention
Data is retained as long as your session or linked ID remains active. Inactive sessions may be cleared after a set period. Banned accounts may be logged for auditing or platform integrity purposes.
